Terms:
Basis: Full Time / Part Time
Location: Vista, California

Overview:
We are seeking Warehouse Assistants, both full-time and part-time, to assist in the processing of orders and shipments within the specified timeframes based in Vista, California.

Responsibilities:

Duties and tasks include but are not limited to the following

• Monitoring outbound operations, ensure all shipments are being processed accurately and efficiently
• Monitoring workload and reporting to the manager
• Picking orders daily to KPI
• Packing orders daily to KPI
• Processing returns daily to KPI
• Communicate effectively with customer service and other team members who require warehouse tasks performed.
• Attending safety inductions and training as required
• Keeping work areas clean and free of hazards
• Contributing to the team environment by carrying out other duties as required
• Actively participating in stocktakes as required

Selection Criteria for Successful Candidate:

To be successful in this role you will need to have the following;

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Previous Team Leader experience will be highly valued
• Knowledge and experience using Android and PC technology
• Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated strong customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to problem solve and use initiative
• Shifts will range between 6am-6pm, Monday-Friday

Hourly rates for this role vary between $17-$19 depending on experience.

Overview:
We’re looking for friendly Seasonal Retail Associates to join our team for Black Friday and Christmas! Be part of a welcoming environment where your role goes beyond the ordinary — help create an inviting store experience, engage with customers, keep displays fresh, and support smooth daily operations. Bring your positive energy and love for connecting with people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service Excellence: Provide warm, attentive assistance to customers, guiding them through their shopping experience and handling checkouts efficiently.
• Store Presentation: Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and visually appealing throughout the day.
• Restocking & Merchandising: Regularly replenish merchandise on the sales floor, maintaining proper stock levels and aligning displays with company guidelines.
• Operational Support: Assist with stocktaking, inventory management, and handling incoming shipments.
• POS Operations: Process transactions accurately, manage returns, and respond to customer inquiries at checkout.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient store operation.

Qualifications:

• Retail experience preferred but not necessary.
• Strong communication skills.
• Must be a positive people person!
• A proactive and adaptable attitude with a passion for fashion.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable using a POS system, including scanners, iPads and desktops and learning new technologies.
• Enthusiastic, team-oriented, and ready to make a difference.
